This policy explains how Rank Ray treats unsolicited messaging, how we protect rankray.com from spam advertising, and how the public can report abuse.
Core rule. Rank Ray does not authorize advertising of rankray.com, its services, or related brands using unsolicited bulk email (spam), unsolicited commercial messages, or harvested address lists.
Marketing email may be sent only to recipients who have given prior consent, or with whom we have a relevant existing business relationship where permitted by applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where they apply). Recipients must be able to understand who is contacting them and why.
We do not buy, rent, or use scraped email lists for outbound advertising of this website. Lists must be permission-based. Hard bounces are removed from active sending. Role accounts and known spam traps are not targeted for promotional mail.
Partners, affiliates, freelancers, vendors, and contractors may not promote Rank Ray or rankray.com via unsolicited messages. Any campaign that advertises our brand or domain must follow this policy. Violations may result in termination of the relationship and reporting to relevant providers.

We maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for sending domains used by Rank Ray. Cold or bulk outreach, when used, is rate-limited, logged, and separated from day-to-day client communication where practical. Compromised accounts are rotated and investigated.
rankray.com is operated as a legitimate digital marketing and SEO agency site. We do not host phishing pages, malware, or gateway spam content. If a third party misuses our brand or URLs in spam, we will cooperate with mailbox providers and blocklists to remediate.
If you received an unsolicited message advertising Rank Ray or rankray.com that appears to violate this policy, email contact@rankray.com with the subject line “Abuse report”, and include full headers plus the message body when possible. We investigate reports and stop non-compliant sending.
