2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or ordering Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
3. Services

4. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issue.
- Late payments accrue interest at 1.5 % per month.
- Rank Ray may suspend Services if payment is overdue by more than 45 days.
5. Refund Policy
- One-time technical audits are non-refundable after delivery.
- Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice; unused days are non-refundable.
- Any refunds granted are at Rank Ray’s sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank Ray’s total liability for any claim related to these Terms or Services will not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
7. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rank Ray and its team against any third-party claims arising from content or materials provided by the Client, or from the Client’s misuse of our Services.
8. Force Majeure
Rank Ray is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or widespread internet outages.
9. Termination Effects
Upon termination, the Client must pay for all Services rendered through the termination date. Any data or materials provided by Rank Ray will be returned or destroyed as requested.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Islamabad.
